Exquisitely handcrafted Swiss Reuge limited edition (only 99 made). Gracefully curved box with interchangeable movement in macassar ebony. The inlay is made of 1634 pieces (737 are on the lid). Stars inlaid in stainless steel with center of Australian mother of pearl. First time in history craftsmen have used stainless steel to insure that "Galaxia" will keep its brilliance forever. The heart of the star in the center of the lid is in goldfish mother-of-pearl . Other woods include zapatero boxwood, and curly sycamore maple. Inlaid edges of the box and inside lid are adorned with the same design. Measures 17 x 10 1/2 x 7inches when closed. This is a very unique collectible. Photos cannot do it justice.
