By placing an order, you agree to our terms and policies as outlined below.

  • Orders
  • Most orders are shipped the same day if received before 2:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, (in stock items only).
  • Shipping
  • Please note that UPS  does not count Saturday or Sunday as delivery days for "Shipping".
  • UPS Saturday delivery is only available for "Next Day Air" shipped on Friday, for an additional $18 charge to UPS.
  • Please Call 423-639-5850 before 2:00pm to request the Saturday Delivery Option
  • UPS Next Day Air:Ordered on a Friday will arrive Monday unless Saturday Delivery Option (Above) is requested.
  • 3rd Day UPS Service:  Arrives in 3 days not counting the shipping day, Friday shipping will arrive on the following Wednesday, UPS does not count the weekend (Saturday/ Sunday) as transit days.
  • Shipping and handling charges are per item shipped (even if in the same box).
  • Ground from $8.95 per item shipped. (Domestic Only).
  • Four or more items on the same order will be charged only for the first three items. (Domestic only).
  • Express Shipping is available and includes a handling charge for 3rd Day and Next Day Air Services

  • Special Items, Sale Items and Clearance items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Items damaged in shipping will be replaced..
  • Custom Music Boxes
  • We accept no returns , refunds or exchanges on any Custom Music Box.
  • Any custom box damged in shipping will be replaced at no cost to you
  • This item must be drilled and glued and the item can be easily damaged trying to remove a musical movement.
  •  For this reason we will not accept any returns on custom music boxes!
  • We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
  • Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • Returns : All returns must be shipped Registered 0r insured mail, ( signature required ).
  • Merchandise returns must be received in our warehouse within 14 days of receipt.
  • You must contact us at - 423-639-5850 within 72 hours of receipt of your item  to report
  •  a damaged item and receive a "Return Approval" .
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (Minimum $10.00 Charge)
  • Returning Damaged Merchandise
  • All items are checked before shipping to insure quality control. If you receive a damaged item, please call 423-639-5850
  •  within 72 hours of receipt of item to verify damage and receive a return approval a replacement will be shipped ASAP
  • Damaged goods will not be replaced if not reported within the 72 hour period. You must open and check your order upon receiving.
  • Any merchandise returned without approval will not be accepted by our warehouse  Please get approval for returns
  • Drop-Shipment
  • Certain items are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer (Reuge , Schoenhut, etc ) therefore a
  • $10.00 "Drop Ship Charge" will be added to your shipping cost in order to expedite your order quickly.
  • Drop shipped item are a Special Order.
  • All "Drop Shipped" items are special orders  "All sales final " non-refundable and non returnable.
  • (Damaged items : A replacement will be sent directly from the manufacturer).
  • We accept no returns , refunds or exchanges on drop shipped orders.

  • Refunds and Guarantee
  • If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an Exchange, Store Credit or Refund within 14 days of receipt. This does not apply to Special Orders or Custom Music Boxes.. We appreciate your understanding.

  • Store Credits
  • You may use your credit to purchase merchandise of equal value or towards merchandise of greater value.

  • Privacy Policy
  • We value your privacy and guarantee that all information will be kept safe and confidential.
  • This store does collect demographic data and personal data to provide you a better internet experience.

    Your personal details will remain private and confidential. We will never sell, rent, barter or share your personal details in any way with any other company. All data collected is for our internal use only.

    Private customer financial and personal information will be kept on file for no more than 90 days
    We hate spam as much as you do. Actually, I think we hate it more since we get something like 500-odd junk e-mails each day. So, we will NEVER send you any unsolicited e-mail. If you choose to subscribe to our free newsletter, you will receive your newsletter once every month. Clear unsubscribe details are always shown on the newsletter.

    If you choose not to receive our free newsletter, we will only contact you to answer your queries and/or send you your order confirmation. We will not contact you anytime else.

    We may from time to time, send you pertinent information on special offers, giveaways or special discounts should you choose to subscribe to it. In any case, you will receive no more than one (1) of such e-mail every week.
